What a great day it was meeting with so many of my team from all over.
It was great to pull many of the leaders together in Liberty League for a great mastermind.
The day was jamm packed and zoomed by.
The best was to have time through out the weekend to really connect with my team.
From Sushi dinner with the Karla & Don Silver to GreaseWood Flats after the Training day to the pool mastermind party.
I am blessed to be surrounded by so many powerful people who have decided to get their goals now.
What an inspiration!
and the week before 800+ of Liberty Leaguers met in Sydney, Australia - where so many of my team united DownUnder.
I remember day-dreaming about a having a team all over the world.... Who told you day-dreaming is not productive????
In fact, I remember just a few years ago, I was reflecting on my own leadership.
I looked at the top income earners in the company and I thought - WHERE IS MY TEAM???
So I started day-dreaming about my team being the leaders...
A few years later, this daydreaming also came to fruition. Bob and I's income record was toppled in March by Rachel Oliver, a girl on my team... and now this last month of September 2008, Rachel and a leader on her team, Lynn MacFarlane-Smith, whacked the top monthly income record again!
And yes, I am day-dreaming again!!!
